THESE ARE THE RULES FOR NarutoXChatXRP.

1. One week absence on a claimed character without notification first, means that you have surrendered that character and it will be up for grabs for another person.

2. No one may create a character of the Uchiha, Uzumaki, Haruno, Hatake, or Hyuuga clans under any circumstance.

3. No one can create a character with the Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan, or Byakugan.

4. Please do not ask to use a deceased character.

5. Depending on your rank in the room, your power will be limited to that certain level. Only the people of Jounin level or higher may use teleportation.

6. The shinobi possessing demons will be limited to 15 in the room and curse marks will only be 10. If you would like a curse mark or demon, you must first contact me and be able to give a good reason for wanting it. I don't want any crap answers or it's declined. See below the character fillout form more information.

7. Specially created Kekkei-genkais are allowed as long as it's described, but don’t make it too advanced or similar to an original one.

8. No god modding is allowed and/or will be tolerated. That's just cheap and I absolutely hate it.

9. No killing another player without their permission.

10. No one can be the 'ultimate ninja with no weakness' because it wouldn't be fair for the others who are rping with you.

11. No spamming is allowed or tolerated in the chat or else you'll be kicked out.

12. Do not post another chatroom link in the room without permission. Other links such as pictures, drawings, videos and stuff are allowed.

13. Do not duplicate an original character's information and just change the name. That is not an acceptable original character.

14. Your race must be human. No unknown races or demon races are allowed to be placed on the form sheet.

15. When creating powers, make sure to explain them in detail in the jutsu section of your info.

16. Do not create powers that do not give your opponent a fighting chance or can destroy the world.

17. No powers or weapons that can kill in one or even two hits.

18. Your character must have a weakness that can be exposed during a battle with an opponent. It can not be hidden from the other rpers.

19. Elements are now limited. See below the character fillout form more information.

20. Do not ask for promotions. You get it when I think the time is right or one of my assistants have given me a recommendation.

21. If you have a nasty comment to say about someone else or who they like, you will be kicked 3 times if you continue you will be moved to a category where you are not permitted to send messages

22. Respect those that are ANBU rank and above. They are in that rank for a good reason.

23. If you are new to the room, you will automatically start off as Genin unless it's an original character from the show. Then those may become exceptions.

24. Genin and Chuunin are not able to use B to S class ranked jutsus. They are only allowed E to C ranked jutsus.

25. NO RPs ARE ALLOWED TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT HAD THEIR CHARACTER CHECKED BY A HUNTER NIN RANKER OR ABOVE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!! THOSE CAUGHT WILL BE GIVEN A WARNING AND THE SECOND TIME WILL RESULT IN A KICK!!!

Akatsuki Follower: you are allowed jutsu ranked from E to B(Akatsuki follower’s are basically special jounin or jounin who wish to take a test to become an akatsuki member but have failed.
ANBU: You are allowed to have E to A ranked jutsus(you are also allowed unlisted rank jutsus or unknown ranked jutsus)
ANBU Captain: You are allowed to have E to A rank jutsus(you are also allowed unlisted rank jutsus or unknown ranked jutsus)
Akatsuki Member: You are allowed to have E to A rank jutsus(you are also allowed unlisted rank jutsus or unknown ranked jutsus
Kages: If you are a kage or higher than a kage you get to have E to S ranked jutsus(you are also allowed to have unlisted rank jutsus or unknown ranked jutsus)

WATER AND WIND ELEMENTS: you are allowed to use ice(crystal ice mirrors)
WIND AND FIRE ELEMENTS: you are allowed to use lightning(chidori)

1. This exam may be taken as many times as needed, but only two times per day.

3. Missing 4 questions will be taken as a failing grade.
4. I will not tell you which answers have been missed nor the number of questions missed. You will find out if you have failed or pass if your rank is changed in the chatroom.
